These terms apply to everyone who uses dollforum.eu ("DollForum"), provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (see the legal notice).

Adults only

DollForum shows adult products, including nude dolls. You may only use it if you are 18 or older. By confirming your age, and by creating an account, you declare that you are.

Accounts

An account is for one person. Give an email address you use, and keep your password to yourself. Display names must not pretend to be our staff or our brands; we may refuse or change such names.

You can delete your account at any time on your account page.

Content rules

Every video and comment must follow our content rules:

• Dolls may be shown nude.
• People may appear in videos.
• No human nudity.
• Nothing childlike.
• No sexual activity involving a person.

Our team checks every video before it appears, and the first comments of new members before they appear.

Uploading videos

Only verified uploaders can upload: you ask for this with the order number of a doll you bought from our shops. With every upload you confirm that the video is your own, that everyone shown is an adult who agreed to be filmed and published, and that it shows no human nudity.

You keep the rights in your video. You grant [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, re-encode, show and distribute the video, its title and description on DollForum for as long as it is published there. The licence ends when the video is removed or you delete your account; copies in backups are overwritten within 8 weeks.

You must not upload anything you have no right to publish, or anything that breaks these terms or the law.

Reports and removal

Anyone can tell us about a video or comment with the Report button next to it, without an account. You can also send notices of illegal content to [CONTACT EMAIL] (see contact). We review every report and may remove or hide content, hold comments for review, refuse uploader requests and suspend accounts. When we refuse a video, we tell the uploader why.

If you think one of our decisions about your content or account is wrong, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will look at it again.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change the site and these terms; the current version is always on this page.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or any of your rights, that cannot be limited by law.
